Good for the team, harder for the new hires to learn taste
My team ships more with Adrio. But I worry the juniors who only know how to brief AI will not develop the design eye they need long term.

We run paid for five beauty brands inside a group. Adrio is part of the stack and has been since November. Output is up 50 percent across the team.
My concern as a team lead is different from a tool review. My juniors used to spend their first six months in Figma learning what a good ad looks like. Now they brief Adrio and pick the best draft. That is faster but it is not the same learning.
I am compensating with a weekly design review where we tear down our best and worst ads and talk about why. It is working but it requires more management.
For the tool itself, four stars. The reservation is about how to develop people around it, which is not a knock on Adrio specifically.
